Visual Merchandiser Assists with Training Day

We were delighted to be invited to a training day with BHF to support the launch of their new VM Guideline Booklet to their Visual Merchandising Team in the south.  Having previously consulted and supported the development of the Guidelines, it was great to see a team brought together by the booklet, defining the way forward for presentation and commercial standards within the entire British Heart Foundation portfolio.  Held between 2pm and 10pm on a sunny day in Aldershot the session was capped off with an intense fixture placement practical training session which puts the customer first in all of the stores Visual Merchandiser decisions.  We look forward to the next one and wish the fabulous BHF team the best of luck with implementation.  BHF stores will be a different place in a couple of month’s time!

From initially setting up their pop up shop in Westfield Stratford in 2012, we were asked to help move location within the centre.  There was an issue as it needed to be done the next day!  Our responsive installation teams were there at 8am making walls good and moving the fixtures and with a little bit of touch up paint the new store opened as planned on Saturday morning.  Tight turnaround times don’t scare our merchandise installation teams as we’re always able to deliver….
